The Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Argentina
BUENOS AIRES
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your comfortable hotel. After a brief refresh in your room, enjoy a private service featuring catering and an exquisite tasting of Argentine wines for lunch. We’ll embark on a captivating walking tour of the classy neighborhood of Recoleta, Cemetery and Museum. End your day with a delightful dinner at a first class restaurant.
Welcome to Buenos Aires! Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted at the local airport and transferred to your luxurious hotel in Recoleta. After a brief rest in your room, we’ll embark on a captivating walking tour of the Recoleta neighborhood, exploring its charming aristocratic streets and the iconic Recoleta Cemetery, and culminating at the Fernández Blanco Noel Palace Museum, an architectural jewel of the Neo-Colonial Style. In its beautiful gardens, you’ll enjoy a catered service with a delightful introduction to local wines through an exquisite tasting. End your day with a delightful dinner at Roux, owned by the renowned Argentine Chef MartÃn Rebaudino. Accommodation in Recoleta.

Day 2: Capital of Tango
BUENOS AIRES
Today, we explore the cultural and historical treasures of Buenos Aires: Colon Opera House, the Obelisk, May Square, the colorful neighborhood of La Boca, historic San Telmo, and modern Puerto Madero. Enjoy lunch at a renowned barbeque house. In the evening, immerse yourself in the passionate world of tango with a class, including dinner followed by a show.
Buenos Aires City Tour: Today, after breakfast, we explore the cultural and historical treasures of Buenos Aires. Our tour includes a visit to the majestic Colón Opera House, renowned for its phenomenal acoustics and stunning architecture. You will continue exploring the city, visiting May Square, the historical center of Argentina’s political demonstrations; the colorful neighborhood of La Boca, the entry point for many European immigrants who populated the country; the historic San Telmo area; and the modern Puerto Madero district. Enjoy lunch at the renowned parrilla (barbecue house) La Brigada. The late afternoon is at your leisure to explore or relax. In the evening, immerse yourself in the passionate world of tango with a class, followed by dinner and a show at the elegant Tango House La Ventana. Accommodation in Recoleta.

Day 3: Pampas Adventure
SAN ANTONIO DE ARECO
Experience the rustic charm of the Pampas with a visit to San Antonio de Areco. Discover gaucho traditions and enjoy lunch and an afternoon at a prestigious Polo Ranch. Return to Buenos Aires for a sumptuous dinner at a top-tier local restaurant.
Full Day in the Pampas: Experience the rustic charm of the Pampas with a visit to San Antonio de Areco. Located 70 miles from the city, Areco is considered the “Capital of Argentine Traditions.” It was here that the country life of the early 1900s inspired Ricardo Güiraldes to write the most iconic novel about the life of the gaucho—local cowboys in most of South America—. Discover gaucho traditions during a walking tour of the town, and enjoy lunch and the afternoon at the prestigious La SofÃa Polo Ranch, where you’ll gain further insight into the countryside by learning about the culture of polo. Return to Buenos Aires in the late afternoon for some free time before heading to dinner. Accommodation in Recoleta.

Day 4: Into the Wine Country
MENDOZA
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Mendoza. Upon arrival, exclusive wine tasting and lunch in Luján de Cuyo among breathtaking views of the Andes. This evening, participate in a delightful cooking class of Argentine bites, followed by dinner.
From Buenos Aires to Mendoza:Â After breakfast, transfer to the local airport for your 2-hour flight to Mendoza. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed at the airport and head straight to the premium winery Matervini for an exclusive wine tasting, followed by lunch at a local cantina. Afterward, check in at your charming wine lodge in Chacras de Coria and enjoy some leisure time. This evening, participate in a delightful and fun cooking class focused on Argentina’s all-time favorite: empanadas, followed by dinner. Accommodation in Chacras de Coria.

Day 5: Uco Valley Experience

Today’s adventure takes us to the Uco Valley, a wine region known worldwide for the production of top quality wines. Begin with a winery visit and lunch, followed by an engaging wine blending game. After returning to your hotel for some free time, enjoy a Michelin-starred dinner.

The high-altitude wines from this area are celebrated for their superb quality, characterized by freshness, acidity, and intense fruity flavors. Begin with a winery visit and lunch at Monteviejo, followed by an engaging blending game at Andeluna Winery. After returning to your hotel for some free time, enjoy dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant Brindillas, where you’ll experience an unforgettable tasting menu with wine pairings. Day 6: The Andes Exploration
MENDOZA
Embark on a full-day tour to the majestic Andes area, visiting the scenic Potrerillos Dam, the Inca Bridge and the Aconcagua Park. Return to Mendoza for dinner and relaxation.
Tour of the Andes:Â Embark on a full-day tour of the majestic Andes. Your journey will take you to the natural wonder of the Inca Bridge, formed by the action of glaciers and mineral spring water, and Aconcagua Park, which protects the valley and mountains surrounding the towering Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Americas. You’ll drive by the scenic Potrerillos Dam area and along the Pan-American Route 7, which connects Argentina and Chile. A delicious lunch will be provided either in Uspallata or Potrerillos, depending on the weather conditions of this high Andes area. Afterward, return to Mendoza for relaxation and dinner. Day 7: Over the Andes to Chile
SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Following breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Santiago. Upon arrival, transfer to your stylish hotel in the vibrant Lastarria neighborhood. Enjoy a Chilean Wine MasterClass followed by lunch. The afternoon offers free time, followed by a sunset visit for views from above at San Cristobal Hill.
From Mendoza to Santiago de Chile: After breakfast, transfer to Mendoza Airport for your short flight over the Andes to Santiago de Chile. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your stylish hotel in the vibrant and hip Lastarria neighborhood. Enjoy a wine tasting and lunch at the acclaimed Bocanáriz Wine Bar and Restaurant. After a brief leisure break, the afternoon includes a short walking tour of Santiago’s downtown area, concluding with a sunset visit to San Cristóbal Hill, offering beautiful views of the region, its mountains, and the Sky Costanera Building. Dinner and accommodation in Lastarria.

Day 8: Colchagua Valley
SANTIAGO DE CHILE
Set out for a full-day tour of Colchagua Valley, where you will visit Montes Winery, followed by a gourmet lunch at Francis Mallmann restaurant. Visit a biodynamic winery before returning to Santiago for our memorable farewell dinner.
Discovering Colchagua Valley: Set out on a full-day tour of Colchagua Valley, one of Chile’s most famous wine regions and an icon of the country’s wine production. Begin with a wine tasting at Viña Montes, which has been ranked among the top ten in the World’s Best Vineyards Awards since 2020. Montes offers stunning 360-degree views of its vineyards, some of the few planted on mountain slopes at a 45-degree angle. After the tasting, enjoy a gourmet lunch at a Francis Mallmann restaurant. Francis Mallmann is a world-renowned and award-winning chef, known as much for his bohemian, nomadic lifestyle as for his expertise with smoke and fire. In the afternoon, on your way back to Santiago, stop to visit the prestigious Antiyal winery and learn about biodynamic wines. Enjoy free time at the hotel before our memorable farewell dinner. Day 9: To Your Next Destination
SANTIAGO DE CHILE
After breakfast, enjoy some free time before your transfer to the airport for your flight home or your side trip destination.
Farewell and Future Adventures:Â After breakfast, enjoy some free time before your transfer to the airport for your flight home. Your hotel room is available until noon, but if your flight departs in the evening or at night, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and continue exploring Santiago de Chile. Alternatively, you can add an extra night to request a late check-out.
Tip: Enhance your journey with optional post-trip extensions. Embark on a side trip to pristine Patagonia, explore the solitude and vibrant colors of the Atacama Desert, or visit the ancient site of Machu Picchu in Peru.
