We are looking for a Sales & Hospitality Associate to join our Tasting Room Team.

We are looking for positive self-starters with strong sales and customer service skills, who are flexible and love working in a team environment. Hospitality, sales, and wine knowledge are preferred but not required. Hourly pay is $16-$19 DOE. Tips and commission are substantial, bringing total compensation to an average of $30-$50 per hour.

—RESPONSIBILITIES—
• Provide excellent and professional customer service, with an emphasis on creating customer loyalty and retention.
• Perform daily tasting room duties: conduct tastings, restock wine, wipe down tables, bus and wash glasses, etc.
• Understand and exceed sales monthly goals.
• Build long-lasting relationships with the wine community and wine industry, acting as a brand Ambassador.
• Work with all Departments including winery and private events.
• Understand POS programs to process sales and shipping orders.
• Other duties, as assigned.

–APPLICANTS MUST HAVE—
• A great attitude.
• Previous tasting room, customer service, and sales experience preferred but not required.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Be 21 years of age or over.
• Lift 40 pounds.
• Be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Be energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Maintain appropriate professional dress and personal hygiene standards.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Job Type:
• Part-time, Full-time.

Salary:
• $16.00 – $19.00 per hour + tips + commissions.
