The ceremony happens outside, with the mountains behind you. Dinner can stay outside for up to 200 guests or move into the tasting room for up to 80.
You'll bring your own caterer, and it costs you nothing extra: no fee, and no cut of what you spend on food. Want names? We'll send you caterers who've worked here for years.

Silvara's bar staff, by the hour. Tables and chairs. A tent, if rain looks likely. Wedding planning, if you want it. Time past 11.
Never in the fee
Food. You bring the caterer, and we take no cut.

If rain looks likely, a tent goes up outside, so nobody has to squeeze indoors. Tents cost extra, and you'll know the price when you book.

Leavenworth is about ten minutes down the hill.
Rooms don't have to be in Leavenworth itself. Cashmere and Wenatchee are close and cost less, with vacation rentals and resorts in between. Tell us your guest count and we'll point you to places that handle a wedding block well.
The drive up is wide and easy. A couple dozen cars can park near the top, and the rest park in the orchard below. Guests can also be dropped off at the door. For a big guest list, you can book Leavenworth Shuttle & Taxi to bring people up from town.
The questions that usually come first.
Can we serve beer and spirits?
Silvara's own staff run the bar and pour the wine, billed by the hour. Ask us about beer and spirits and we'll explain how other couples have handled it.
How late can the music go?
Your evening ends at 11 PM. We'll tell you the outdoor music cutoff for your date.
Is the site accessible?
The tasting room is accessible. The terrace has a few steps, and we can arrange another route if you tell us in advance. Anyone who'd rather not walk can be dropped off at the door.
Can we hold a date?
A signed contract and a deposit hold it. Until then, it's open to whoever books first.
Do you do rehearsal dinners?
Yes, and an igloo evening in winter is a good one. Ask when you enquire and we will price the two together.
