How quickly do you reply?

One business day for email, usually sooner. If it is time-sensitive, a date you are about to lose, a group arriving this week, call instead. The phone is faster than we are.

What is the fastest way to reach a person?

Call 509-548-1000 during opening hours. It rings in the tasting room, so somebody who can actually answer the question picks it up.

I am asking about a wedding or a corporate event.

Use the enquiry form on Weddings or Business Events rather than this one, those go straight to the person who books the venue, with the dates and headcount already attached.

I have a question about my membership.

Shipments, holds, tier changes and cancellations are all in your account, and the common answers are on The Silvan Society. Anything the page does not cover, email us and we will sort it.

Do you ship wine?

Yes, through the store. Where we can ship depends on your state, the shop will tell you at checkout, because alcohol shipping rules change and a page that hard-codes them goes wrong quietly.

Can I buy Silvara wholesale, or stock it?

Email info@silvarawine.com with what you have in mind. Restaurant and retail enquiries go to Gary directly.

Press, photography or filming?

Email us with dates and what you need. The venue is used for shoots and we are generally happy to help if it does not clash with a booking.
