Venue Factsheet

Location: 3 miles (7 minutes) from downtown Leavenworth with stunning Cascade Mountain views.
Capacity (Indoor): Up to 80 seated guests or 100 standing.
Capacity (Outdoor): Up to 150+ seated guests (depending on the event setup) or 200 standing.
Venue Rental: Available daily from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM in 4-hour slots. Special rates and 2-hour rentals are available for business events Monday through Thursday. It is also possible to rent the property for longer durations or different schedules at an additional cost.
Spaces Available: Tasting Room, Outdoor Grounds (tented in summer, with firepits in winter), and Private Igloos (winter availability).
Included Amenities: Event coordinator, bar staff, setup/teardown, cleaning, and on-site parking for up to 50 cars.
Wine Options: Custom packages with guided tastings available, including wine glasses.
Catering Options: Off-site catering is required for all events. We’re happy to suggest options, and there’s no additional charge for bringing your own outside caterer.
Optional Add-Ons: Beer, water, soft drinks; additional furniture, tableware, and glassware; AV equipment; music and entertainment; and more.
