2019 · 100% Dolcetto2019 DolcettoTasting Note: “Prune and mocha on the nose, then dried plum, anise, and black pepper on the palate. It’s medium-bodied with big tannins on the finish, and it leaves chocolate malt and persimmon behind. Serve it slightly chilled; it’s built for tomato dishes like spaghetti, ravioli, or pizza, and it’s surprisingly good with steamer clams.”$90
2022 · Mourvèdre2022 MourvèdreWinemaker's Notes: Dark fruit and wild herbs up front, fine-grained tannins that keep it smooth with just enough grip, and a savory finish. Give it time in the glass, it keeps opening up. This was bought for a GSM blend, but it drank too good to bury in one, so it got bottled on its own.$65
20222022 DolcettoI tasted 39 different Dolcettos before I made this one. None of them were the bottle I'd had on a Piedmont table years earlier, drinkable young, better with time, balanced enough for a Tuesday dinner or a Saturday five years from now. This is the one that finally got there.$60
2023 · 100% Cabernet2023 Cab Sauv CVHuckleberry, rose, and pipe tobacco on the nose. Blackcurrant, plum, and a lift of orange zest on the palate.$55
20202020 Petit VerdotBlackberry, violet, and black pepper. Big and structured, the kind of red built to age. Give it air or a few years.$45
2020 · Red Blend2020 QuartetPlum, spice, vanilla, and leather. Silky and polished, drinking well right now. A blend built from seven vineyards, which is where the depth comes from.$40
2021 · Malbec2021 MalbecWinemaker’s Notes: The wine world has justifiably fallen in love with Malbec, a grape so delicious that it skyrocketed Argentina’s entire wine industry to international fame. As much as we love those wines, we’ve never believed that Argentina should have a monopoly on this fantastic variety (it did originate in France, after all). Winemaker Gary Seidler searched for years before discovering small quantities of world-class Malbec growing right nearby in Columbia Valley.$35Sold out
2021 · 100% Syrah2021 SyrahA savory Syrah with black plum, raspberry, black olive and earthy truffle. Bright acidity keeps it lively, and the long finish ends on white pepper and a stony edge. Give it a good long smell before you sip; there’s a lot going on in the glass.$35
2018 · 75% Sangiovese, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Malbec2018 SangioveseOur 2018 Sangiovese blend is being sourced from the Clos Cheval Vineyards in Lake Chelan. A touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec was added to round out this captivating blend. Sangiovese is in fact the most planted grape in central Italy. In Washington we are able to produce a bigger bodied version, with notes of coffee and dark fruits that are not commonly seen in the Italian versions. Our blend opens with notes of fresh strawberries and black currants. Delicate aromas of espresso and spice adds a seductive layer of depth mid-palate. The finish lingers with “bing cherry” that will make your mouth water. I recommend pairing this wine with spice driven-foods or your favorite grilled protein.$35Sold out
2022 · 100% Syrah2022 RoséOur 2022 Silvara Rosé, crafted entirely from Syrah grapes, is a symphony of flavors that will captivate your senses. The wine greets you with enticing aromas of rhubarb and the luscious sweetness of fresh strawberries. As you take your first sip, a delightful medley of sweet watermelon, strawberry jam, and subtle hints of zesty orange juice dance on your palate. Balanced with refreshing acidity and a satisfyingly long finish, it's no wonder this Rosé earned a gold medal and the title of "Best in Class" at the 2017 Wenatchee Wine & Food Festival Wine Competition.$25Sold out

BrutWinemaker’s Notes: The Brut, crafted from 80% Chardonnay. My previous sparklings were mainly Riesling or Pinot Noir, but this time I aimed for a wine that expresses the exceptional quality of Washington State Chardonnay. It’s perfect for holiday celebrations with family and friends.$40
Sparkling HUCKLEBERRYWild huckleberry over crisp Riesling, lightly sweet with a clean, bright berry finish.$35
